This evening class runs in 8 week blocks progressing through the chakra system introducing the practices & sequences & philosophy behind the Kundalini Yoga system. This is a stimulating & energetic yet calming class.

Yin Yoga ~ A ground based practice with long deep rehabilitative holds of each posture. Physically Still. Mentally Active.

Kundalini Yoga ~ The Yoga of the Heart & Mind. Using Mantra (sound), Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing) to move into deep meditation spaces, to clear the junk and unleash your true potentiality.

Yoga Nidra ~ A deep blissful guided relaxation. Sometimes called Yogic Sleep.

Yoga & Shamanism ~ A unique blend of Lisas yoga styles combined with Native Shamanic teachings. Deep & Joyful.
